Refund and Warranty Policy

Refunds:

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Please note that clearance items are exempt from returns. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. If the refund is not posted, please contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing delays. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@globalexcotrans.com and ship your item to: 9619 NW 33 STREET, DORAL FLORIDA 33172.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to: 9619 NW 33 STREET, DORAL FLORIDA 33172. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Any Type of Liquid
  • Special Orders
  • Electric Parts and Sensors

Warranty for Eligible Products:

All products are warranted to be manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship provided they are properly installed in the vehicles for which they are intended. This warranty is void for items disassembled or tampered with in any manner.

Under the terms of this warranty, the manufacturer has the option of repairing or replacing a defective product. The defective product must be promptly sent to the manufacturer along with proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability:

The sole responsibility of the manufacturer pursuant to the terms of this warranty, if any, shall be the repair or replacement of defective products as indicated above. The liability of the manufacturer shall not exceed the original purchase price, and the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any consequential damages, personal injuries, or damages to property.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover any failure due to accident, abuse, neglect, or as a result of normal wear and tear.

Legal Rights:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
